RESTAURANT WAHLUKE

Y A K I M A, WA.

WHO WE ARE

In a building that has had many stories.. its last a biker bar. A transformation led by American artist Leo Adams has ultimately created the home for Restaurant Wahluke. A grand journey, an ambitious effort, positioned to celebrate the Yakima Valley- an often overlooked gem in the Pacific Northwest. At the helm of the kitchen is Cameron Slaugh, 30, a native of Utah who found his way through the ranks of celebrated New York restaurant Eleven Madison Park. Cameron, along with the rest of his family, now call Yakima home. The extended team is composed of Cowiche Canyon Kitchen veterans, advisors, and friends led by the Graham Snyder Restaurant Group. Please join us in our ambition and our pride of the Yakima valley.

THE EXPERIENCE

Restaurant Wahluke is a fourteen seat, reservation-only dining experience offering a four-course prix fixe menu. You or your group will be one of fourteen people sitting at our U-shaped table directly in front of the Wahluke kitchen. You will be thoroughly taken care of by our service team, which includes both of our captains, as well as our kitchen team. Wine pairings are available as well as ad-hoc cocktails, beer, and additional wines from our cellar. From start to finish, your experience will take between one and a half to two hours, however your time needs will always be considered. Expect a food forward, sophisticated-yet-playful dining experience.
Located directly next to our dining room is The Lounge At Wahluke, a fifty-three seat relaxed environment offering carefully crafted cocktails, wine from our cellar, beer, and a selection of small bites created by the Wahluke kitchen. Our lounge is welcome to all walk-ins and also available for reservations—21 and over, only.
We do not have a dress code, as we want you to be comfortable; however, we do ask that you save your shorts, tank tops, and flip flops for Rim Rock Lake.
